I actually have a Shark Cordless Hand Vac (6-v) that takes 4 AA batteries, and I tried to find that online, but I don't think they are selling the model that I have right now, so I am "liking" this because this is a great brand, and this product is something that I would find very handy as a pet owner.
If you are able to find a small mini vac, though, it is the greatest thing to keep around for when you have ashes (if you are a smoker like me), which usually find themselves not just in the ash tray but on your table, and this vac is also a good way to keep your keys clean/dusted on your computer. :)
Using cordless vacs are convenient & make cleaning messes easier & as they happen rather than having problems mount up. ...literally.
